We can help you break through the language and cultural barriers in the Myoko area. Our assistance includes searching for potential properties, consulting with the city services and property owners and translation. We can view potential properties on your behalf and report back to you with photos, video and information about the property. With our vast local knowledge and experience we can also offer sound advice on owning a property in Myoko and what it entails year round.

We can also help build bridges with your potential new neighbours to make sure you enter your new property smoothly and respectfully. A lot of people who purchase property do so unaware of the tight knit communities that exist in the area. Failing to properly engage with these issues can even see the owners of properties refusing to sell.

Should we find a property you would like to purchase we can serve as an intermediary between the designated real estate agent, judicial scrivener and yourself to ensure a successful purchase.

Cost

For general advice and assistance on various matters we charge 5,000 JPY - 7,000 JPY per hour. There is a non-refundable minimum up front charge of 20,000 JPY to cover the initial 4 hours work.

If you would like us to search for a property and assist in the purchase we charge a introduction/finders fee of 500,000 JPY which is due before you sign the contract to purchase with the real estate agent. This fee will cover any work we do for you with regards to searching for, inspecting, reporting and serving as an intermediary between you the seller, the real estate agent and the scrivener.
